Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 7, 2026
Digital Goods Policy (eBooks, Downloads, Printables)
Due to the immediate delivery nature of non-tangible digital assets, all sales of eBooks, downloadable PDFs, study guides, calculation templates, and printable workbooks are final and completely non-refundable. Once a digital link has been provisioned, accessed, or downloaded, we cannot rescind the access or claw back the software files, and therefore no financial refunds will be granted under any circumstance.
Online Educational Courses
Standard Tuition: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the course enrollment page, paid registrations for online courses, theological workshops, or live webinars are non-refundable once the course content has been unlocked or the live session has commenced.
Pre-Registration Cancellation: If you accidentally register for a course or have a sudden scheduling conflict, you may request a full refund or a structural credit transfer up to 48 hours prior to the official scheduled launch date of the course by emailing support.
Physical Merchandise Shipping and Returns
If our platform makes physical merchandise available (such as printed books, historical study maps, apparel, or specific accessory items), the following terms govern physical transactions:
Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives structurally damaged, broken, or with clear manufacturing printing defects, you must email us within 7 calendar days of physical delivery, attaching high-resolution photo proof. We will issue a replacement item or a full purchase price refund at no additional charge.
Change of Mind Returns: If you choose to return an unopened, completely unused physical product due to a simple change of mind, you must return it to our Delhi dispatch office within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears sole financial responsibility for all return shipping costs, tracking logistics, and customs fees incurred during the return transit process.
Platform Software App Purchases: One-time purchase fees or premium updates made directly within mobile application storefronts are governed entirely by the payment handlers—namely the Google Play Store billing platform or the Apple App Store billing network. All refund allocations, requests, or processing windows are bound directly to their external platform terms and conditions.
